On topic: I own a DVD/VCR combo player. I don't know why everyone in the whole world doesn't. The fans inside the combos have a tendency to not do their job. This can lead to the DVD's laser reader to melt and no longer work. That's why everyone in the world doesn't have one.

That, and most people already own a VCR, so buying a combo would just be silly.
Side note Chris Has a combo and it has worked fine for the year we've had it, now free region players, on the other hand...

I wonder if they'll make a VCR/DVD/Blu-ray player

I wonder if they'll make a VCR/DVD/Blu-ray player No. Seeing as most Blu-ray players can play DVDs as is, that'd just be silly. Also, unfortunately, VCRs are getting kicked to the side. It seems as if it won't be too long before one can no longer purchase a VHS player. This is a sad time for the world indeed.

Nooooo! First the N64, now VHS!? Where will I ever acquire an out of print N64? Oh wait, anywhere. Same with the VCR

Yeah, it hasn't been hard to find old things since the internet was invented.
