faggot_skin, I'll have you know that I've played the Uni system, the d20 system, and had a slight affair with the palladium. I find the d20 system the least confusing and the least hectic, that is all.

Out of all the systems that exist right now, Uni is the best for telling stories and D20 is the best for gun blazing and dungeon romping. At least from my experience.

For the most part I agree with you. But the "guns blazing" part I differ. The while the D20 system is REALLY tactical dependent, I think for (at least gun) combat it fall short. The rules for guns are alright for the most part, but I think it just isn't made for FAST PACED gun combat and for actions movie/deathmach videogame violence the system seems confining.
Off topic: I plan to make a few changes to the D20M system in my DOOM campaign, mostly breed it with common FPS attributes as well as the DOOM board game and Steve Jackson's 'FRAG' if I can ever track the blasted thing down.
